A one-time cleaning restores a home that has gotten dirty. SHIELD keeps up with your exterior all year, using maintenance-strength soft washing instead of waiting for heavy buildup. Roof preservation, Paint Protection and free monthly touch-ups are part of the plan.
The plan covers your home from the roof to the curb: roof cleaning and preservation, gutters inside and out, house washing with specialty window soap and Paint Protection, exterior floors, garbage cans, outdoor upholstery, screen enclosures, walls, fences and decks. We walk through how the schedule applies to your property at your estimate.
Four times a year on a set schedule: winter, spring, summer and fall. Each service has its place in the year, with free monthly touch-ups available between scheduled visits.
Pricing depends on your property. Big Bend will walk through the SHIELD schedule and your estimate with you. The initial cleaning is paid up front, followed by month-to-month billing with no contract. Specialty stain removal is priced separately.
